How do I order on WhatsApp?
Tap “Order via WhatsApp” on any product. WhatsApp opens with the product name, code, size, quantity and price already filled in. Send the message and our team confirms stock, delivery date and payment within business hours.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 working days and the rest of India in 4–7 working days. Delivery is free on orders over ₹999; below that a flat ₹79 applies.
What is your return policy?
Unused products in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Bats that have been knocked-in or used, and customised team kits, can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How do I pay?
After you send your order on WhatsApp, our team confirms stock, delivery date and the total. You can then pay by UPI or bank transfer, or choose cash on delivery at most pin codes.
How do I choose the right size for my child?
Use the size guide on the Kids page. For cricket bats, size depends on height, not age. If your child is between sizes, choose the smaller one for better control, or message us on WhatsApp with their height.
Can you make custom team kits?
Yes. Open Design your own to create jerseys, kit bags or a personalised bat with a live preview, then send the design to us on WhatsApp. Team discounts start at 6 pieces, and we send a proof for approval before printing.
How do I track my order?
Go to Track Order and enter the order ID we sent you on WhatsApp and your mobile number. You’ll see each stage from confirmation to delivery, plus the courier and tracking number once shipped.
Are cricket bats ready to play?
Our English willow bats are pre-knocked and oiled. We still recommend 2–3 net sessions with older balls before using a new hard ball in a match.
